Bare Beats has taken on different species in his extent to create his own unique sound that even shocks himself with how differently he can flip samples or a simple snare hit. Tomorrow might not come is why Beats don't spend his life in a studio most of the time he can be found in the pub, walking the dog or in the middle of it at a hip hop jam. Making loops in his head that are downloaded when most are asleep, flipping six beats on an all nighter and still up for work the next day.



‘Bare Smoke’ are back, with a little present for you all. Since their collaboration on Smokey’s highly acclaimed debut album, ‘Words from the Missing’, the duo have been working hard to put together a selection of dark tracks, highly influenced by bass heavy Jazz, dark side Drum ‘n’ Bass and various atmospheric film scores. Flipping it up a bit yet staying true to their unique rough & rugged hip hop sound with a lemon twist, the pair have put together a compilation of head jamming tracks with more than a nod to their customary deep bass lines, hectic sythns and choice samples.
